The ICSU "Gender Gap" Project

ICIAM is associated to the ICSU Gender Gap project:

The project “A Global Approach to the Gender Gap in Mathematical and Natural Sciences: How to Measure It, How to Reduce It?” will produce sound data to support the choices of interventions that ICSU and member unions can feasibly undertake”.

The project consists of three tasks. Tasks 1 and 2 provide data on which to base conclusions, to direct actions to attract and retain women in science, and to develop and evaluate practical recommendations. Task 3 collects information on effective practices.
