Dear Presidents and Representatives of ICIAM member societies,
Please find enclosed three important announcements for the ICIAM 2019 Congress (Valencia, Spain, 15-19July 2019). The announcements are :
- Deadline for submission of min-symposia. - Contributed papers and posters. - Application for financial support to attend the ICIAM 2019 congress.
The three are very important for the success of the congress. We hope to attract as many people as possibleand to make that congress a big success.

Can you include this information in your newsletters (electronic or on paper)?
Sending information to your individual members is very important, because due to RGPD regulations, thecongress organizers cannot send messages to many people that could be interested…

CALL FOR CONTRIBUTED PAPERS AND POSTERS The ICIAM 2019 Organizing Committee is pleased to announce the call for contributed presentations in lectureand poster format in all areas consistent with the conference themes.
Delegates willing to submit a contributed presentation are invited to visit theSubmissions & Callssectionwithin the 'For Participants' menu tab atwww.iciam2019.com.
Deadlines for submissions: Contributed papers: January 7th, 2019 Posters: April 1st, 2019
MINISYMPOSIUM PROPOSALS We recall that Minisymposium proposals may be submitted until November 5th, 2018.

The financial support program is addressed to researchers of any nationality and professional situation needingfinancial and travel support to attend the ICIAM 2019 congress.
