Serbian Mathematical Sciences Association (SMSA) is a non-governmental and non-profit association, founded to actively promote mathematics as a scientific discipline. The main aims of the Society are to strengthen mathematical research, promote applications of mathematics in industry and interdisciplinary research, provide support for young researchers, facilitate cooperation with international partners through joint research projects, organize scientific events, etc. The Society is active in organizing and supporting joint Ph.D. programs organized by four Serbian universities, scientific events like conferences or workshops, and supporting research seminars at members institutions.
