ICIAM-2023 in Tokyo (August 20-25) is only about ten days from now. May I reminder you all that the Meeting of Presidents of member societies will be held from 9.00AM-12:45PM, on August 20th, 2023, at Waseda Universtiy International Conference Center 3F Conference Room No.1
1-20-14 Nishi-Waseda Shinjuku-ku Tokyo 169-0051 (In Main Campus).
And the Board meeting will be held from 9:00AM-18:00PM, on August 26th, 2023,
at Waseda University Nishi-Waseda Campus, Building No. 63 2F
Meeting Rooms 202, 3-4-1 Okubo Shinjuku-ku Tokyo 169-8555 (15 minutes walk distance from main campus).
The Local Organizing Committee (chaired by Prof Oishi) will kindly host two dinners:
1) ICIAM presidents meeting banquet: Aug. 23rd from 19:00-21:00 at Banquet room of Rihga Royal Hotel Tokyo. (Accompanying persons are welcome.)
2) ICIAM board meeting banquet: Aug. 26th from 19:00 -21:00 at Banquet room of Rihga Royal Hotel Tokyo.
(Accompanying persons are welcome.)
If you will attend the Meeting of Presidents, and can join the ICIAM prsidents meeting banquet, please inform Prof Oishi as soon as possible (oishi [at] waseda.jp (oishi[at]waseda[dot]jp)), please also CC me and the secretary of ICIAM at secretary [at] iciam.org (secretary[at]iciam[dot]org). As this will help the local organizers in the preparation of the dinner.

Finally, I would like to reminder you that the coming board meeting is very important, as we will elect new officers-at-large of ICIAM, we will decide the SPC for ICIAM 2027, together many other important matters. Please notice that, according to the By-laws of ICIAM, a member society which has not paid its current dues to ICIAM has no right to vote at the Board. Therefore please check with the ICIAM treasurer (treasurer [at] iciam.org (treasurer[at]iciam[dot]org)) whether your society has already paid the current dues. If not, please pay the dues as soon as possible, otherwise your society will not have the right to vote at the Board meeting in Tokyo.
