The SCGES Webinar Series is a regular event organized by its Partner Institutions and coordinated by the Standing Committee for Gender Equality in Science. It highlights various topics of interest around the focus tasks of the Committee. The initiative was launched in 2022. All past SCGES Webinars are easily accessible for viewing on the SCGES YouTube channel.

The 12th SCGES webinar is organized jointly with the International Science Council. It concerns the participation of SCGES to the Global Women’s Breakfast.

The Canadian Mathematical Society (CMS) invites scientific session proposals for the 2025 CMS Summer Meeting in Québec, QC from June 6 to June 9, 2025.
Proposals submitted by January 31, 2025, will be considered in the first round, with responses ongoing. The deadline for the second round will be March 14, 2025.

The 10th Congress of Applied, Computational, and Industrial Mathematics will be held from May 12 to 15, with the main objectives of disseminate Computational Mathematics within the field of engineering, as well as its applications.
The Sixth Workshop on Industrial Mathematics, VI TAMI 2025, will take place at the Faculty of Mathematics, Astronomy, Physics, and Computing (FAMAF) of the National University of Córdoba, Córdoba, Argentina, from February 3 to 7, 2025.

The International Centre for Mathematical Sciences (ICMS) is hosting their annual modelling camp from 28 April – 2 May.
This event is designed for PhD students and takes a similar format to a study group, with several real-world challenges being tackled in groups over the course of the workshop.
